With London in full festive mode I decided to walk through London rather than driving to the clinic the other day and I’m so glad I did!

The weather was cold and crisp and I got to see things and places I never usually notice. I think I was as colourful as some of the Christmas installations rocking my super warm green coat that #frankiesfavs inspired me to get!

Your evening routine is about lending a bit more time to yourself, incorporating a few extra products into your skincare routine and even facial tools such as this. This epic gadget from @drdennisgross.uk is an at home LED mask, which was kindly gifted to me earlier this year. I absolutely love using LED light for 2 reasons, firstly it benefits the skin by encouraging collagen production, reducing inflammation, helping to calm and reduce acne breakouts and aids towards keeping my skin plump and improves my skincare delivery, all of course with regular use.

Secondly I find it very relaxing as all you can do is sit back and relax whilst it works it magic. 🪄
