Vegan friendly products that you need to try!
With Veganuary being more popular than ever this year I have been asked by so many people what vegan beauty and skincare products they can use. Although I haven’t personally tried Veganuary I try my best to lead a healthy & balanced lifestyle and always check the ingredients in both my food and skincare!
It is also important to remember that great skin doesn’t just start from the outside but what you put into your body counts. I always tell my clients to feed their skin from within and try to pack in as much nutrient rich food into their diet as possible.
I am a sucker for a green smoothie for when I’m on the go and this is a great way to feed vitamins and nutrients to my skin. I have shared my favourite recipe for you to try at home below along with some of my favourite vegan friendly products right now.
